Position: Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for sales and marketing? Mr. Cabinet Care is seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in driving business growth and expanding our market presence. In this role, you will develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage an existing sales team.
• Manage and improve existing lead generation and marketing plans to reach company goals.
• Maintain the existing sales systems and processes
• Conduct ride-a longs with sales team members to provide coaching and support.
• Oversee existing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with the operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track and report on sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
• Run daily reports to monitor and analyze sales activities.
• Manage and maintain the showroom to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing management
• Accomplished track record in the home improvement industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong leadership, management and decision making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in follow-up campaigns, CRM software and managing by metrics.
• Creative and energetic manager with a passion for results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
