**Position: Seafood Specialist Chef

**Job Description:**

Our bustling seafood restaurant and bar are seeking an experienced and passionate Seafood Specialist Chef to join our culinary team. As a Seafood Specialist Chef, you'll be responsible for curating and executing a diverse seafood menu that showcases the finest quality and flavors of the ocean. Your expertise will drive our restaurant's commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences centered around fresh, innovative seafood dishes.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

1. **Menu Development:** Craft, innovate, and curate an enticing seafood menu featuring seasonal, sustainable, and high-quality seafood selections.

2. **Food Preparation:** Prepare and cook a wide range of seafood dishes with precision, ensuring the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation.

3. **Seafood Expertise:** Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various seafood types, including sourcing, handling, and proper storage to maintain freshness and quality.

4. **Creative Culinary Skills:** Create new recipes, experiment with flavors, and design visually appealing seafood dishes that align with the restaurant's culinary vision.

5. **Kitchen Management:** Oversee kitchen operations related to seafood preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, portion control, and sanitation practices.

6. **Collaboration:** Work closely with the culinary team to coordinate menu items, specials, and seasonal offerings while fostering a collaborative kitchen environment.

7. **Inventory and Ordering:** Manage inventory levels of seafood products, monitor stock, and coordinate with suppliers for timely and fresh deliveries.

8. **Quality Control:** Maintain strict quality control measures to guarantee consistency and excellence in every seafood dish served.
