Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and replacing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting electrical components.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
Stay updated on industry advancements and participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Comply with safety standards and regulations to create a secure working environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a focus on mastery in the field.
Valid HVAC license and EPA certification.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and functions.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environmental conditions.
Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship program completion is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Valid Master technician license.
