What’s In It For You
- Competitive pay - $25-$30/hour. Bonuses/Commissions implemented - after initial training.
- Paid training (roughly two weeks).
- M-F: 8-5pm days with territory of east Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
- TRUE work-life balance: 40–42-hour work weeks. (No weekends or “on-call” hours. Amazing – right?!)
- Bi-weekly pay.
- All appointments are set by the office; you can focus on doing what you do best.
- Company vehicle. (After initial training, it can be taken home.)
- Company credit card. (For gas and materials as needed for jobs.)

- Company issued iPad.
- Paid time off (Two weeks, accrued).
- Paid holidays.
- Be prompt and efficient.
- Solve customer’s electrical issues and build confidence that their home will be safe.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Deliver top-notch quality customer service.
- Perform quality control testing.
- Keep your company vehicle well maintained.
- Assist customers in evaluating repairs versus replacement options and perform work as needed:
- Light Fixtures
- Switches /Receptacles
- Circuit wiring
- Breakers
- Breaker / fuse panels
- Electrical service metering equipment
- Perform routine maintenance inspections
- Access areas of the home being serviced, such as, but not limited to crawl spaces and attic areas
- Minimum 3 years of prior professional-level electrical experience, a must!
- Completed an apprentice program/training for residential work.
- High school degree or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Experience doing estimates in a CRM. (Service Titan a plus!)
- Own your own hand tools.
- Able to pass a drug test and background check.
- Positive and friendly – outgoing personality.
- Enjoy helping others and it shows.
- Clean cut, professional, and career oriented.
- Strong work-ethic. (reliable & shows up on time)
- Excellent communication skills. (able to explain technical things in a creative, easy-to-understand manner)
- Open to new approaches and being coached. (“always be learning” mentality)
- Team player – willing to always help team members as needed.
- Detail-oriented, both in your work and when communicating with the customers.
