Position Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual with a willingness to learn and a desire to excel in sales. At MR.FIX-IT™, we offer comprehensive training and development programs, making this an excellent opportunity for those fresh out of college or looking to change career paths.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home sales presentations with homeowners.
• Utilize tools, training, and our sales process to connect with customers and complete their remodeling projects.
• Participate in ongoing sales meetings and training sessions on a weekly basis.
• Reach and exceed sales targets and goals.

Qualifications:

• High School degree or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record or meeting and exceeding sales targets and closing sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Able to lift 40lbs .
• Must have ability to use technology such as tablet or phone.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends
