We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our confirmation team. As a Customer Care Confirmation Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in vetting and confirming appointments set by our in-house call center for various home improvement leads.
ShiftMonday through Thursday: 10 am to 5 pm
Friday: 10 am to 2 pm
Sunday: 10 am to 2 pm
This office position demands a diverse skill set, including exceptional communication, computer proficiency, and organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will possess experience in coordinating and confirming leads from multiple sources, with a background in inside/outside sales, canvassing, collections, or telemarketing being a significant advantage.
We're seeking a proactive, money-motivated individual with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time position within our office, offering opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Key Responsibilities
- Place phone calls to prospects to confirm or reschedule appointments.
- Coordinate appointments with field sales representatives.
- Verify leads based on established criteria.
- Hourly wage plus commission based on experience.
- Full-time position
- Pay range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, with bonus opportunities.

- 1 years of inside sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience as a Confirmer preferred.
