Appliance Technician is responsible for identifying malfunctions in appliances, ordering parts, and repairing appliance products in the customer’s home.
Responsibilities:
· In-Home repair of Major Appliances in the customer's home, such as washer and dryers, gas and electric stoves, microwave ovens, dishwashers, garbage disposals, freezers, and refrigerators.
· Technical background with the ability to problem solve technical issues
· Research and order repair parts needed on a personal electronic device.
· Provide cost estimates for repairs and collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed.
· Complete work orders electronically with a description of work performed.
· Communicate respectively with customers and provide outstanding customer service.
· Submit weekly reports to management of the job performed in Excel.
Compensation:
- 40% - 50% commission on every job.
Requirements:
· 1 years of appliance repair experience
· Strong communication and great customer service skills
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Valid Driver’s license
· Have a basic tool set
· Reliable transportation vehicle to commute to customer’s houses in the Atlanta area
· Detail-oriented, responsible, and punctual
· Complete paperwork accurately
