Full Time Position: Office Manager and Customer Service Representative. Duties include managing a construction office, scheduling work, administrative functions, and answering phones. Previous dispatching and construction experience is a plus. 5 years experience as a Customer Service Representative in an office setting is a requirement.
Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, and equipment inventory
Assisting with our CRM software, Service Titan, to answer calls when there is an overflow, monitor productivity of CSRs, and ensure all customers are getting an Amazing Customer Experience
Train new CSRs and service technicians on using Service Titan
Managing inventory of assets and supplies, monitoring critical level of stock, sourcing for suppliers, and submitting invoice(s)
Coordinating between departments and operating units when resolving day-to-day administrative and operational issues
Sending and receiving mail and packages
Preparing business correspondence (often using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Chrome, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation computer software)
Scanning documents and emailing them
Managing Files and maintaining organization in the office
Researching and identifying of key data sources
Performing multi-faceted general office support
Preparing meeting minutes, meeting notes, and internal support materials
