We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and reliable Customer Service

Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for

for our customers from start to finish.

Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative

Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing assistance and information to

customers.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide guidance on available services.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with service professionals to ensure timely and efficient completion of

projects.

• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service requests in the company database.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
• Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and

exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a

fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers resolve their issues and achieve their goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding customer

expectations.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour and is dependent on your experience.
