We are committed to delivering high-quality repair and modification services to local residents and businesses. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher and Scheduler to join our dynamic team.

Position : Dispatcher and Scheduler

Salary : $35,000 - $50,000 per year (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities :

• Lead Management and Scheduling : Efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer communications, organize work orders, and manage schedules for our Service Professionals to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Managing Technicians : Oversee and support technicians, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to perform their tasks efficiently.
• Maximizing Profits and Revenue : Optimize scheduling and game planning to maximize the profitability and revenue of our service professionals.
• Customer Interaction : Communicate effectively with customers to guide them through project planning and manage their expectations for various repair and maintenance services.

Qualifications :

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and deliver solutions proactively.
• Proficient in Office and Excel; experience with Service Titan is a plus.
• Must live within the service area.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and scheduling / dispatching.
• Must pass a background check.
