Part-Time Dispatcher/CSR Position
We are seeking to fill a part-time dispatcher position for our Long Beach office
Compensation: $20-$25/hr.
Employment type: Part Time - 2 Days/Week

Specific Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services
• Coordinate delays in schedule with customers and service technicians
• Data Entry and processing payments and invoices in real time
• General office duties

• Detail Oriented
• Advanced customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with computer programs (MS excel & Outlook)
• Positive team player who can work independently
• Caring and helpful attitude

Job Requirements:

• Minimum two years office/call center experience
• Bilingual a plus
