Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services that best fit their requirements.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide additional information.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze customer information to provide personalized service.
