Office Assistant at Mr. Transmission/Milex Complete Automotive Repair Facility, you will be an integral part of our service team, ensuring the smooth flow of operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, listen to their concerns, and provide friendly and professional assistance.
• Appointment Scheduling: Assist customers in scheduling service appointments, optimizing technician availability and customer timelines.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer information, service history, and vehicle details using our management system.
• Communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs, address questions or concerns, and provide updates as needed.
• Office Support: Assist with various office tasks, such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.
• Time Management: Help manage daily work orders and prioritize tasks effectively to meet service deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of automotive terminology is a plus.
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is an advantage.
