The CNC Precision Grinding Technician Trainee role can be filled by an individual interested in the CNC career field. Some related education and experience preferred, but not required:

• machines and machine tools
• blueprint reading
• calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring equipment
• CNC
• grinding
• Centerless grinding
• robotics

Computer literacy, proficiency in Windows environment. Strong communication skills and team player abilities are key to a successful working environment.
SCHEDULE: Minnesota Grinding has three shifts to choose from for the role

• First Shift: 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday
• Second Shift: 2:00 pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday
• Third Shift: 10:00 pm-6:30am Sunday-Thursday

LOCATION: Minnesota Grinding is located at 5400 Douglas Drive, Crystal, MN 55429
Metro Transit bus stops within 1-2 blocks with routes 716 and 721.
