Who You Are:

• You are a journeyman sprinkler fitter with a valid WI license
• You have a minimum of 3 years of foreman/supervisory experience
• You are proficient in reading and interpreting building plans
• You have deep knowledge of building codes and fire protection industry compliance regulations
• You have solid communication skills and work in a consultative manner with clients at all levels
• You're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced service environment
• You have excellent time management and leadership skills
• You have a strong mechanical background with a good working and positive learning attitude
• You are computer proficient and familiar with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Your driving record is clean, and your driver's license is valid

The Regional Superintendent is responsible for ensuring that all sprinkler service and contract work is performed according to Blair Fire Protection safety standards and code standards. You will regularly collaborate with designers, project managers, and general contractors on sprinkler project questions and issues. This role will proactively manage the regional workforce and workload to ensure all work is completed within the appropriate timeframe and allocated budget. This role will report to the Vice President of Field Operations.
Travel is primarily in the northeast/central WI area. Company vehicle provided.
Essential Duties:

• Responsible for projects and service work achieving an acceptable margin by holding the field accountable for proper execution.
• Assisting the design team with performing site surveys
• Collaborate with internal customers to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective installations
• Manage project equipment needs and ensure proper tools are available when needed.
• Manage the backlog forecast and adjust field crew size as needed. Responsible for field personnel decisions, e.g., hiring and terminations.
• Enforcing Blair Fire Protection and industry-specific safety rules and regulations for field crew and site locations.
• Allocate time in the office, time with the field crew, and execute field work ensuring jobs are completed properly and the field is set up for success based on workload.
• Flexibility with job duties based on workload and office growth
• Manage the field crew in the Neenah, Wisconsin, and Fox Valley areas.
