We are seeking a Systems Administrator I to join our team!
  • We are a small and mighty company that is continuing to grow.
  • You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic fintech industry.
  • In this role you will support end users, monitor remote systems, patch management for Windows based systems, and IAM for various systems.
Essential Functions
  • Management and maintenance of Windows PCs and Laptops
  • Identity and Access Management for domain accounts and various cloud based systems
  • Manage building access, issue FOBs, and recover them as necessary
  • Install and troubleshoot software for end users
  • Take escalations from the kiosk support team
  • Assist end users with file shares, printers, and cloud resource issues
  • Troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis of issues with end user devices
  • Image end user equipment and ensure all software and OS updates are installed
  • Perform onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors
  • Monitor antivirus/malware software and remove threats
  • Support and manage help desk queues and escalate issues to the correct parties
  • Manage the IT support inbox
  • Participate in the monthly on call rotation
Secondary Functions
  • Auditing end user equipment annually to ensure records are accurate
  • Monthly account audits to ensure offboardings were properly completed and people have the appropriate level of access to systems
Other Functions
  • May perform other job-related duties as assigned
Education, Experience and Other Skills
  • 2 years experience managing windows PCs in an Active Directory environment
  • 2 years experience creating user accounts, managing file permissions, and printer permissions
  • Familiarity with WSUS or other Windows Updates deployment product
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills, a solid foundation in business application development and a “can do” attitude
  • Must be able to develop formal business documents following established documentation/presentation software packages (or similar products from other vendors): MS-Word, MS-Excel-, MS-PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast paced environment
  • MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA A certifications is a plus

  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels in the company
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be flexible and to handle multiple projects in an organized, timely manner

  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability travel with limited overnights
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and move 340lbs equipment with a two cart or pallet jack
