We are seeking a dynamic assistant and strategic partner to support the executive team here at MrBeast. This role is aimed at growing and expanding the business while acting as a key point of contact for executive leadership. Reporting directly to the C-suite and heads of the business, you will lead key operations and strategic projects for the organization, spanning business verticals.

Example projects may include: ideating and launching new products and businesses (taking an idea 0 → 1), parachuting into existing businesses to work on key initiatives and special projects, and time sensitive logistics (e.g. “Quick! This package needs to get to a specific remote island!”).

This position demands adaptability, a proactive approach, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. You will be the right hand to the Executive team, traveling extensively and working a nonstandard schedule.
