This is a remote role with up to 65% travel. You'll be part of a team and have a specific specialty to focus on companywide. This is very visible, challenging and rewarding. You'll get both an annual bonus and a long-term incentive plan.

To be considered...
- BS Degree
- 10 years’ plant management experience
- Must come from Poultry / meat
- Ideal experience - Dir of Ops, Plant Manager or General Manager level
Salary : $170,000 - $200,000
