This role is a key leadership position within the organization and will play a pivotal role in driving our mission of delivering a more powerful future for U.S. renewable energy.
As the Director of Operations - eBOS, you will lead the electrical Balance of System product line, overseeing all aspects from design to post-order support. With over 8.5 GWs deployed in the U.S., you will drive efficiency, quality, and alignment across teams to deliver exceptional products and services to their customers.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have

• Lead and develop the eBOS operations team, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing efforts.

Salary Range: $155-185k bonus
