This role will lead the production planning team and be a key part of driving efficiency at the plant. It is a high visibility role and great opportunity for someone looking to grow!

- Lead the production planning team and partner cross-functionally to achieve success.
- Will develop the capacity planning and KPIs for the facility.
- Set objectives and goals for the team based on financial goals, inventory management and service levels.
- Drive partnerships across the organization to plan the right production and inventory across the network.
- Will work closely with suppliers to develop good relationships and communicate effectively to drive on time delivery.
- Continue to develop processes and track adherence to those processes.
- Will help with the implementation of new ERP and Planning software.
- Highly energetic individual with at least 6 years of supply chain experience, including solid supply and production/capacity planning background.
- Minimum of 1 year of people management experience.
- Strong communication and influencing skills are a must.
- Bachelors required.
- Proven track record of success in similar role.
- Willingness to travel up to 15%.
