MRINetwork is Hiring a Midwest Regional Sales Manager Near Chicago, IL
This position in the Midwest will search and build new emulsion product OEM sales through innovative ideas; maintain correspondence and customer contact, and continually develop new contacts within the accounts assigned. Responsibilities
Project and achieve monthly/annual sales objectives/goals for territory and specific customers.
Maintain and develop existing relationships at accounts while identifying and building new ones.
Attend industry trade shows and seminars.
Search for new business and new business potentials; nurture leads in the territory to develop sales to new prospects.
Understand, manage, relay, and provide solutions to problems identified by assigned customers.
Understand product applications and uses.
Collaborate with technical staff, purchasing, supply chain, and leaders at new and assigned accounts.
Skills/Qualifications
B.A./B.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
5 years’ experience in specialty chemical sales, with a preference for experience in water-based formulations
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
