We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager for our luxury boutique hotel in uptown Charlotte, NC.
Position Summary: The Kitchen Manager is responsible for ensuring that the cooking and preparing of food according to recipes and production guidelines while adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures. Essential functions of the position may vary based on client requirements and business needs. Upscale breakfast, dinner, & banquet service is a primary focus with in this position.
