Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Technician to join our team. As a QA Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties:

- Perform quality inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products

- Analyze data collected during inspections to identify trends or areas for improvement

- Utilize various measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure product specifications are met

- Conduct quality audits to assess adherence to quality systems and procedures

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions

- Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, test results, and other quality-related records

- Stay updated on FDA regulations and GMP guidelines to ensure compliance

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus

- Proven experience in a QA/QC role, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment

- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices

- Proficiency in using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, etc.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze data effectively

- Familiarity with FDA regulations and GMP guidelines

- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
