MS-IL Staffing & Packaging, and its local client, are NOW HIRING a 1st shift temp-to-hire Shipping & Receiving /Picker Associate in the Lebanon, Indiana, area!

Position: Warehouse associate

Pay: $21.00 / hour

Location Lebanon IN

Shift: 1st, 8:30AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday

Must provide updated work resume.

Summary:

As a Receiving, Picking, and Shipping Associate, you will play a vital role in our client’s distribution process. You will be responsible for receiving, picking, and shipping aftermarket replacement parts with precision and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize pack mules for picking orders within our expansive facility.
• Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with team members and leads to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Complete training in all areas of the distribution process.

Job Requirements & Experience:

• 1 - 2 years of prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Pack Mule vehicle operation experience is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Onboarding & Training: Associates will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced leads for on-the-job training and support.
