MS International, Inc. is Hiring a Branch Coordinator Near Charlotte, NC

Summary: The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating shipment deliveries in an accurate and timely manner. The Shipping Coordinator will work directly with the product teams, drivers, and sales representatives.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating training of new employees.
Determines potential market in territory.
Develops plans to receive and follow up on various businesses within the territory.
Researches on various businesses within the assigned territory, learning preferences, and buying habits.
Enters new customer and other sales data for current customers into MAS500 or Team MSI if required.
Develops or uses sales presentations tools.
Records all customer information and requirements and communicate the needs to other team members.
Monitors quotes and provides feedback to management, and all other involved parties.
Completes order for each sale made.
Works with Team Leader on advertising programs to be recommended to Marketing Department.
Researches and determines trade shows to participate in the assigned territory.
Provides input regarding customer ideas and trends, modifications to existing product lines, market changes, customer service suggestions.
Prepares or Analyzes Team Activity Matrix.
May include supervisory responsibilities.
Performs additional duties as required and or requested.
Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent from a four-year college or two to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two (2) plus years’ experience in a professional environment.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area, and volume.
Ability to multitask within the work area – inter team and intra team.
Ability to determine solutions for customers.
Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office – Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
Bilingual is a plus.
Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving.
Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
Provide high level of customer service
Good organizational skills
