**Responsibilities and Duties:**

* Assist and engage with our customers via inbound calls.

* Collaborates with our internal teams from other departments to ensure that customers receive excellent service at all touchpoints.

* Researches product and order information for customers.

**The best candidates will have at least 12 months of customer-facing experience. You should also have:**
