The Senior Delivery Consultant (Senior Recruiter equivalent) will play a pivotal individual contributor role in our talent delivery organization. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle and focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent. The Senior Delivery Consultant will align candidates with our clients' business objectives by holistically assessing both their experience and cultural fit. A key aspect of this role is providing a positive candidate experience by building and maintaining trusting relationships and upholding our brand standards.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including role definition, strategic candidate sourcing, engagement, selection, offer development/negotiation, presentation, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies for each search using social media, job boards, professional networks, and other tools to identify and attract top talent.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner closely with Client Relationship Managers to thoroughly understand client needs and expectations.
  • Candidate Experience: Professionally and effectively address candidate concerns and objections, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Technology Utilization: Utilize recruitment tools and technologies, including ATS and CRM systems, to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process to ensure a diverse talent pool.

Education:

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required. Bachelor's Degree with 4-6 years of experience / associate degree with 6-8 years of experience / High School Diploma with 8-10 years of experience

Professional Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7-9 years in the talent acquisition industry or a recruitment-focused role, or demonstrated proven success after 3 year in a recruitment-focused role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical thinker; comfortable working with data/Excel
  • Be able and willing to solve challenges through innovation; able to work with minimal direction and supervision; proactive, not reactive.
  • Willingness to learn, uphold integrity, respect, and character.

Compensation:

Competitive base salary uncapped commission

$75,000-$125,000 OTE
