Job Title: Inside Sales Associate

Pay Range: $19.00 - $28.00 Hourly

Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles

What you will DO:

• Handle the needs of sales/account manager and customer accounts
• Generate and prepare weekly customer inventory/sell-out reports
• Check on customer orders, prices, and process
• Coordinate with other departments, such as accounting, logistics, and marketing.
• Follow up on weekly backorder list and review with order processing team
• Manage and provide marketing materials for accounts
• Prioritizes data quality, multi-task and shift priorities
• Manage/process credit memos claim from customer and validate them
• Handle customer issues, inquiries, and returns
• Perform other job duties as manager assigned

What you will NEED:

• Associate Arts/Science degree (AA/AS) or Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
• 3 years of sales, customer service experience with Bachelor’s degree, OR
• 5 years of relevant working experience with Associate Arts/Science degree.
• Organized and detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bilingual in Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to adapt, prioritize and multi-task
• Works well as individual and with sales teams
