Job Title: Sales Activities Coordinator – LATAM
Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles
Job Duties:
- Assist the MSI LATAM sales team in all aspects of sales activities.
- Respond to all inquiries and requests from the internal sales team and customers promptly and professionally.
- Expedite all sales-related paperwork as well as arrangements for shipment.
- Generate and prepare weekly customer inventory/sell-out reports.
- Process customer purchase orders and credit claims.
- Perform other job duties as assigned by the manager.
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English.
- 1 year or more of sales-related work experience in IT distribution or with resellers preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and self-motivated.
