Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for young children.

Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and educational activities
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a structured daily routine
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
- Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions among children

Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to plan engaging and educational activities
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues

Skills Required or Nice-to-Have:
- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education are preferred , but candidates with on-the-job experience and a willingness to learn will still be considered
- Experience in working with children in a classroom setting
- Proficient in classroom management techniques
- Ability to manage behavior effectively
- Skilled in lesson planning for preschool curriculum
- Understanding of childhood development stages
