Join the team at Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resort and take charge of our park group sales. As the Park Group Sales Supervisor, you'll ensure every group—from school outings to corporate events—experiences the excitement and joy our park has to offer.Job type: Full-time, exempt
Schedule: Can be flexible, weekends and holidays required.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain school groups, corporate clients, and other large groups.
• Lead a team of sales agents, fostering a collaborative environment that is focused on achieving sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring all aspects of their group visits are managed seamlessly from start to finish.

Your Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, particularly in the hospitality, tourism, or related fields.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, crucial for managing multiple group bookings and client relations.
