Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for developing appropriate work sites for the placement of students, conducting placement activities and follow up, in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions: 

1. Develop and prepare lesson plans, and instruct students about employability issues and transition to employment. 
2. Plan and coordinate the delivery of career transition readiness instruction and center wide services to support student employment readiness from program entry through exit. 
3. Coordinate with CTT instructors and CTS staff for delivery of CTR seminars in trade shops on a monthly bases. 
4. Participate in industry and community relating councils. 
5. Assist with and participate in arranging speakers, employer meetings, and other events related to employment opportunities. 

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or
• Four (4) years experience working with youth required. 
• One (1) year experience in sales, education, communications, business, marketing, counseling services, or closely related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
