Mobility Training and Independent Living Program, Inc AKA MTILP, Inc. is looking for caring and responsible adult to be the Accounts Payable/Payroll Specialist. This position plays a crucial role in managing the agency's accounts payable, payroll, and HR areas in collaboration with other employees.

Position Requirements:

• 5 plus years of experience in accounts payable/payroll or a related field
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and technical accounting principles
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks Online
• Basic knowledge of HR laws and regulation

Knowledge and Abilities:

• General knowledge of human services is a plus
• Self motivation and time management skills
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, squat, walk, reach and occasionally lift (up to 50 lbs.) during the course of the work day
• Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
