We are looking to add a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to our team to provide outstanding service to our broad customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and greet customers through various communication channels.

2. Market product offerings and events through telephone and digital communication.

3. Provide the highest levels of customer service to all current and potential customers in a timely manner.

4. Assess customer needs and offer appropriate products and solutions.

5. Support the outside sales team and perform various administrative tasks such as price quotes, orders, returns, and billing inquiries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong customer service skills.

2. Excellent multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

3. Effective time management and detail-oriented.

4. Team player with willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

5. Experience with Microsoft Office software and the ability to learn additional company-related computer applications.

6. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.

7.Authorized to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship for any length of time. Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test.
