Pay Rate: $50K - $100K based on experience

** Please note this is a full time, LIVE-IN position. **
A Chatham, NJ based family is looking for a full-time, LIVE-IN caregiver for their adult (27 years old) son with ambulatory special needs. It is not a requirement for applying candidates to have prior medical training but all applying candidates MUST BE willing to learn and assist. Candidates must be energetic, reliable, and be able to provide a high level of assistance. Seeking candidates who are dedicated and professional, who can provide companionship, as well as assist with meals, medication management, etc. LIVE-IN accommodations include a private bedroom with full in suite bathroom. Salary is TBD and is based on experience.
Duties Will Include But Are Not Limited To
- Provide companionship to a very outgoing and social adult male
- Accompany on walks to the park and/or car rides
- Go out for meals
- Manage medications
- Assist with grooming and personal hygiene
- Light meal preparations
- Run outside errands, as needed
- Minimum 3 solid years of related experience
- Excellent references from both current and previous employers
- Ability to work independently
- Must speak and be able to communicate well in English
- Authorized to work in the United States for any employer
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
