Data Specialist

• Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) open to a schedule of 30-40 hours per week

A day in the life:

• Review client contracts, proposals, invoices, and other documents from multiple data sources.
• Prepare reports, including reviewing information for accuracy and formatting appropriately for internal usage and client presentations.
• Enter data in Excel spreadsheets and the company database and assist with client document management.
• Respond to team members and clients request via phone and email, participate in client conference calls and virtual meetings.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

• 5 years of Excel experience including building reports, manipulating large summaries of data and maintaining formulas and functions
• Aptitude for detail, numbers and accuracy
• Must have a high attention to detail, be a problem spotter, proactive communication, and superior organization skills

Compensation and Benefits: $29-$30 per hour. Benefits upon hire include robust medical plan with minimal employee cost, 401k with profit share following 90 days of hire and unlimited PTO.
