Responsibilities
- Accurately collect and enter hospital financial data from all facilities nationwide.
- Follow data entry guidelines, client instructions, company policies, and procedures.
- Interpret policies and procedures and communicate effectively.
- Analyze data for each hospital and ensure the proper financial information is updated correctly.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve desired business results.
- Continuous working knowledge of required protocols and other related items.
- Review and verify the accuracy of quarterly updates regarding hospital financial data.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Work with Bill Review team members regarding day-to-day requirements and priorities.
- Participate and meet daily data entry production standards and quality assurance standards.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, an associate’s degree, or higher is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.).
