Landscape Mulch Installer
We're hiring an experienced landscaper to provide high-quality landscaping services to our customers. Under the supervision of the crew leader, you'll be responsible for mowing, mulching, edging, fertilizing, raking, pruning, and other lawn care and maintenance duties. If you love working with your hands and delivering quality workmanship, send us your resume.
Responsibilities
•Install mulch using our blower truck or hand-install team
•Ensure that mulch is spread evenly and neatly in designated areas
•Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
•Follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
•Showing up in company uniform and maintaining proper hygiene
Qualifications
•Previous experience in landscaping or construction preferred
•Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
•Strong work ethic and attention to detail
•Ability to work well in a team environment
•Willingness to learn and be trained on both manual and pneumatic installations
•Minimum of 2 years experience in landscaping
•Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
•Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
•Strong communication and teamwork skills
•Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
•Over 2 years of experience with residential or commercial properties as a landscaping crew member
•Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification
•Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
•Must have a U.S. driver's license or reliable transportation to and from the work site
•Experience with a variety of hand tools and maintenance equipment including clippers, chain saws, lawnmowers, blowers, edgers, rakes, and hedge trimmers
