RESPONSIBILITES :
- Coordinate and manage all recruitment activities
- Develop and execute recruiting plans.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
- Administrative duties and recordkeeping.
- Other duties as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School diploma or GED required, Associtate degree preferred
- Recruitment experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Relate positively and favorably to residents and families
- Positive Can-Do Attitude
- Excellent Attendance
