A DAY IN THE LIFE
As the Patio Décor Lead, Experience, you will report to the Patio Decor Manager and be the go-to person for all things patio furniture and seasonal décor. You’ll be responsible for helping customers find the perfect patio furniture seasonal décor, championing the importance of defined processes, and being the visual merchandising expert for our most exciting seasonal floor sets – all in line with our vision to be the most loved plant shop in the country.
YOUR IMPACT
- Welcome customers and assist them in finding the patio or seasonal décor solution they need, actively contributing to our Store experience
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of all our seasonal salesfloor sets, paying particular attention to Spring and Holiday
- Execute store walkthroughs focused on the full sensory experience – including visual merchandising – and create action plans based on those observations
- Support the patio special order and sales order process, from the initial customer contact to customer furniture delivery
- A belief in and passion for our purpose – beautifying our community
- An uncompromising eye for composition, design, and customer experience
- 2 years of visual merchandising experience preferred
- The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities with a consistently positive response to pressure
