Mulifamily Assets is Hiring a Bilingual Assistant Property Manager in Richardson, TX Near Richardson, TX

Thank you for your interest! We are seeking an Bilingual Assistant Manager to join our team to help oversee the daily operations of a large multifamily apartment complex. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer service mindset. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure the property runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Manager in managing the property, including leasing, maintenance, accounting, and resident relations
  • Coordinate leasing activities, including contacting prospects, processing applications, conducting move-ins/outs, and helping with apartment tours
  • Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with collections and delinquency
  • Manage resident retention programs, including planning resident events and promotions
  • Inspect vacant units and schedule necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Help maintain property appearance and curb appeal
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in ResMan (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed (closed Sundays)
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
