In this role you will utilize your experience in managing projects, multiple crews and supervise the day to day activities, while being an effective communicator to clients.

• Completing daily paperwork
• Performing site visits for the estimating team
• Job coordination and scheduling with the project manager
• Meeting with potential and existing clients
• Training field team members
• Operating equipment as needed
• Hauling equipment and material to and from jobs as needed
• Trouble shooting equipoment issues in the field
• Critically thinking in the field and problem solving to the best of their ability before involving other team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Able to read civil plans
• Able to manage crews
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Microsoft Suite and Adobe
• Must be able to enter and be comfortable in confined spaces
• Must be able to commincate clearly (both written and verbal)
• Must be able to load and haul equipment as needed. (includes towing a trailer)
