Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Schedule appointments for patients
• Collect necessary co-pays or fees
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Provide excellent customer service to patients

Skills:

• Experience in providing front desk tasks in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with EMR's
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls
