Job Summary: This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for retail. Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in managing the store's daily operations - Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Store Manager to ensure proper stock levels - Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store cleanliness - Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system - Handle cash handling procedures and ensure cash register accuracy - Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies to increase sales and achieve store goals. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a retail management role - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using POS systems - Multilingual abilities are an asset.
