Job Summary
We are seeking a Leasing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the leasing process, maintaining positive tenant relations, and ensuring the property's occupancy goals are met.
Duties
- Utilize property management software such as OneSite to manage leasing activities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service
- Coordinate property maintenance requests through Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue opportunities
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal administrative requirements
- Handle conflict management between tenants when necessary
- Familiarity with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program is a plus
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or leasing roles
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices
- Understanding of property management principles and practices
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to effectively upsell services or units
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and legal administrative procedures
- Excellent conflict management skills
- Proficiency in using OneSite or similar property management software
- Experience with CMMS is advantageous
