Part-time Lease Administrator: Immediate Opening -

2024 REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN BETHESDA, MD (Rockledge area)

Qualified applicants must have experience in using real estate accounting software MRI. Responsibilities include:

Lease Administration (MRI Windows and Web X Version) • Ensure tenant records are properly managed for residential and HOA clients under supervision of Controller (new leases, renewals, unit transfers, move-outs). • Input monthly rental and HOA fees and increases. • Post daily cash receipts and ACH payments. • Generate statements of deposit refunds for the Controller to process. • Manage residential delinquency collections under Property Manager supervision (post late fees and distribute late letters). • Work with Resident Managers on A/R issues related to their residents. • Manage Zego (online payment application) and liaise with individual residential users as necessary. • Maintain lease files. Office Management • Responsible for general office equipment, supplies and kitchen ordering. Assist in daily mail distribution.

Hours: Monday through Friday, approximately 10 am – 2 pm with flexibility as needed. The right person will be self-motivated, highly organized, and attentive to detail. No overtime required. Free parking and use of building fitness center
