**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment. **Responsibilities:** - Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store - Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns - Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure high performance levels - Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and restocking merchandise - Oversee cash register operations and ensure accuracy in transactions - Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth - Conduct employee orientation and performance evaluations - Handle shift management duties effectively **Requirements:** - Proven experience in retail management or a similar role - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail math - Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Knowledge of wireless sales is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
