FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: 8hr Position SummaryThe HIM Systems Support Coord is responsible for providing primary support and contact for HIM systems and applications used throughout all HIM Departments system-wide to ensure uninterrupted operations and improve patient safety. The incumbent participates in interdisciplinary teams charged with the design, validation, build, testing, training and implementation of new applications; analyzes issues and errors; assists with data conversions, modifications, upgrades, and enhancements; serves as an information resource; contributes to the development of training tools and maintains all associated documentation. Requirements
Associate’s Degree in Health Care preferred
Five (5) years of experience in Health Information Management
Two (2) years of experience with Health Information Management application implementation and support to include:
A proven record of project completion through use of methodologies including project and time management and team training and development
Experience working with vendors, consultants and other purchased services
Experience with Epic, OnBase, and Solarity, Microsoft applications and tools

Pay and Benefit ExpectationsWe provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $20.57 - $28.80 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
