Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Washington State (DOH) Pharmacy Assistant licensure required.

Essential Responsibilities
- Assists the pharmacy with overall operations.
- Assists in maintaining the pharmacy in a neat and orderly condition.
- Pulls and organizes pharmacy restocking supplies and medications.
- Provides support, positive feedback, and constructive comments to volunteers on a continuous basis.
- Communicates effectively with departments that utilize the clinic or pharmacy services.
- Through attitude and example, demonstrates support of change in the continual evaluation and implementation of ways to improve the organization’s performance and achievement of strategic objectives.
- Familiarizes self with the practice of pharmacy and participates in educational opportunities to expand and improve job knowledge and skills.
- Utilizes supplies and equipment adequately but not excessively.
- Learns how to prioritize department workload in order to work more efficiently.
- Follows hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
- An active ingredient in the efforts to improve our community’s well-being.
