Multilink is a growing company in the field of internet / telecommunication MFG and is looking to employ a season Supervisor / Production Foreman to manage the flow and scheduling of production of fabrication parts in a Hi-Tech MFG facility. Key Job Responsibilities

• Motivates and over sees all supervision of leads and operators for Brake Press, Laser, Punch Press, Secondary Ops, and other supporting roles in CNC Fabrication Department.
• Oversees and coordinates production schedule demands and produces parts / aligns workflow accordingly to meet production schedule through hands on delegation to workforce and order staging.
• Oversees, mandates, and prompts training of all operators and leads.
• Ensures posting and inventory are accurate and timely following real-time transactions matching physical movements.
• Reports, participates in investigation, and delegates rework/remake of all non-conforming parts/ quality issues in a timely manner.
• Conducts in-process inspections and verifications of finished parts to ascertain continuous part and process quality conformance.
• Performs all direct-reporting employee evaluations, conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions, provides insight to admin/ upper management.

Education and Experience

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent may be required.
• Must have Microsoft Office experience.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a sheet metal manufacturing environment.
• 5 plus years supervision experience with good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand drawing/print specifications.
• Extensive knowledge around Sheet Metal: machining, fabrication, press brake operation, punch press, turret press, laser, shear.
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints, tape measure, calipers, and other shop drawing aids.
• Start-up and shut down of all machines and auxiliary equipment in the department.
• Must have good mechanical knowledge, hands on skills and computer skills.
• Excellent attendance

Physical Requirements

• Lift, carry, push and or pull 1 – 50 lbs. frequently.
• Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead and outward frequently.
• Sit, stand and walk for 1 – 10 hours per day.
• Close mental and visual attention required, coordinating manual dexterity with mental and visual attention for sustained periods of time.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.

Work Site Environment

• Ability to work in a 55 – 85-degree Fahrenheit work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
